A Time To Say Goodbye
A Time To Say Goodbye
We meet on a shore of green and blue.
The tides stop to look at me and you.
Pebbles draw little stars within our eyes.
While the soft breeze lingers, it never dies.
The waves speak and laugh their song.
Never to stop whispering of what is right and wrong.
Two souls entwined, the sea knows well.
A love, a heaven and there is no hell.
Two shadows drawn along by rushing tides.
A wintering tale of summer rides.
For soon we will part, but not now
Only when the sea bids us farewell.
